Building a Healthy Culture
Hello! We serve on Catch the Fire World's global leadership team and are honored to be Senior leaders of CTF Auckland.
We are excited to share with you a new initiative that Duncan and Kate have entrusted us to lead, which will help sustain our alignment with our global mission statement, which is:"We exist to multiply healthy, supernatural churches, ministries, and missions in multiple expressions so the world encounters God's transforming presence."
With 25 years of love and commitment to Catch The Fire, Stuart and I believe we carry the essence of our movement in our hearts and are committed to keeping the vibrant legacy of the Spirit's movement alive as we extend our reach across the world.
To achieve this, we believe it is vital to build into our framework ways to sustain a HEALTHY and SUPERNATURAL culture for generations to come.
We understand that realizing any goal requires intentionality in our approach to the mission.
Even before the outpouring in 1994, John and Carol Arnott set a high standard by valuing inner health and healing, embracing Elijah House ministry, and revealing the foundational revelation of our heavenly Father's love for us.
Through the years, they have continued to release the fire of transformation, urging us to be both a HEALTHY son or daughter.. and embrace the SUPERNATURAL.
Today, I am excited to talk to you about the aspect of HEALTHY. So that we can continue to build this legacy.
We are forging a culture that supports healthy leaders and healthy leadership teams, churches, ministries, and missions.
With over two decades in church leadership, Stuart and I empathize with the stresses and pressures that accompany a high calling to lead.
We recognize that, at times, everyone needs ministry and support to become more Christlike. We are committed to creating resources and a framework to empower our leaders to thrive personally in their roles, purpose, and calling.
Taking care of your emotional and spiritual health and well-being is not just a requirement for success as a leader—it's an integral part of enjoying your journey.
We understand the dynamics when personal issues arise within ourselves or our team, requiring inner healing or a confidential space for discussion.
It's not always appropriate for us to counsel our team, prompting us to ask, "Who can we refer them to, or where can we go for ministry?"
To address this, our first step in this transformative initiative is to create a central directory of individuals and ministries specializing in personal health and wellbeing.
This online directory will serve as a quick reference point for all of us, ensuring immediate access to help and support when needed.
We are reaching out to those trained to minister or provide professional services supporting inner health and wholeness.
If you or people within your organization are trained in RTF, Sozo, Heartsync, Freedom teams, Deliverance, or are a professional counselor, psychologist, therapist, mental health professional, certified coach, leadership and executive coach, or involved in spiritual supervision— your expertise is vital. We want to know who you are.
If you resonate with this mission and wish to be part of our referral directory, click the link below and fill out the Google form, sharing details about who you are and what you offer. https://forms.gle/ZmVMk71MBncFwf92A
Should you have any questions or wish to connect with me directly, please email us at lynley.allan@catchthefire.com, and we will be delighted to chat.
We sense a divine stirring surrounding this initiative. The work we embark on in the coming years will lay a strong foundation of health and wholeness within our leaders, teams, and people for generations to come.
We extend a heartfelt invitation for you to join us in building this essential resource for our movement.
God bless
Stuart & Lynley Allan
